Responding to Hurricanes Eta and Iota+ TOGETHER

December 10, 2020

Heart to Honduras continues to support both relief and recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricanes Eta and Iota.

We are collaborating with churches and NGOs to meet immediate needs, even as our team works with local leaders to create a long-term recovery plan.  We expect that much of our work in the early parts of 2021 will be connected to these efforts.

We have always known that our greatest resource is the incredible staff that serve both Stateside and in Honduras.  We're proud of the way they continue to lead and serve.  We are also very encouraged by our community leaders who continue to embody faith, hope, resilience, and teamwork.

For in-depth details about the hurricanes and the work of HTH, see this report.

Thank you for your continued prayers.

But may your name be blessed and built up!  For you have answered my passionate cry for mercy.  You are my strength and my shield from every danger.  When I fully trust in you, help is on the way... You will be the inner strength of all your people, the mighty protector of all, the saving strength for all your anointed ones...Like a shepherd going before us, keep leading us forward, forever carrying us in your arms!  Psalm 28:6-9, The Passion Translation
