Carol Lynne, Prayer Coordinator.
Carol Lynne sends out prayer emails to the ministry’s prayer
partners and looks for other ways to promote prayer support for
the many areas of the ministry of Heart to Honduras. In striving
to support the School of Discipleship with prayer she has set up
and facilitates communication between the North American
sponsors and the students at the school. She also serves as
editor of the quarterly publication of the Honduras UPDATE.
Carol Lynne was drawn to missions by the missionaries who
visited her home church during her childhood. She has an
undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Anderson
University and a Masters in Learning Disabilities from Ball State University. In 2001 she
retired from 31 years of teaching and came on staff with Heart to Honduras.
In addition to ministry-related traveling, Carol Lynne and husband Jim (SCOPE Coordinator)
find time to travel to Alabama to visit their two granddaughters - and their parents, and to
Italy where their grandsons live with their parents!
