Why did you decide to come to the Discipleship Center? I want to work for and serve the Lord, but with a little more knowledge. I will learn and become self-disciplined.

What things do you hope to learn during this time of study? I hope to learn a lot about God's word.

Does your church support you? They are supporting me spiritually and with moral help too. They give me courage.

What are your praises to God? I thank God for my life and for my family and especially for the privilege of being here and serving Him.

What are your petitions for which your sponsor can pray for with you? Please pray that God will not abandon my family and for strength for me to complete my 2 years here successfully and that I will be able in some way to help my church.

Note to my sponsors:

Hello. God bless you. "Hi!" My name is Katerine but I like to be called Katie. I am 15 years old and on January 27 I'll be 16. I am very happy to be in the Center. I was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras which is a beautiful city with lots of traffic and lots of people around. The church that I attend is called "Open Arms to Love and Restore" I have helped with Sunday School class for the youngest children in the church. My hair is wavy and dark. What is yours like? I am not very tall- I am not a midget- just short of stature. I like English and would like to learn English. God is my best friend and He has given me many beautiful things like my family and my church. I would love to learn about you and what you like to do what has happened in your life and how you serve in your church. My favorite color is black and white. What is yours? I hope that God greatly blesses you, your home and your life, and I'll hold you in my prayers.
