knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding. Then the way you live will always honor
and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to
know God better and better. Colossians 1:9-10 NLT
Testimonies from former Quest participants:
"I am glad that I participated in Quest because I learned a lot about God—who He is, His love for others, and the
things that are close to His heart. I also was able to have a more realistic picture of what it is like to be a missionary
and was able to have many conversations with the SOD students, the teachers, and pastors that came to share with
us. God has used this trip to show me that he is calling me to be a missionary with the Latino people."
"I was amazed at how much the Hondurans loved God because of what He has done for them, how much they
depend on His power, and how they pray for big things because they are confident in the God they are praying to. I
was able to see that they love God with their whole heart, but in America it is difficult to do this because of our culture
and our materialism. This experience and new view of God is exciting and something that I will never forget."
"I am extremely glad I was a part of this years team. It was an amazing group of people, whom I don't think could
have meshed any better. Although it was long, I think the relationship with God and other interns was so strong and
meaningful."
"I would recommend it to anyone who was serious about learning more about God’s will for their life, serious about
serving, serious and spending time in the Word, serious about learning about a different culture and worship style
etc. I can truthfully say I learned something new everyday from the leaders, from the Honduran people, from the
students, and from the other Quest students, It took all my physical and mental strength and I wouldn’t change one
single minute. God opened my eyes to so many things that I can now apply to my life here at home. You experience
things you could never prepare for, things that will forever change who you are. But that’s part of the experience, not
being prepared and having to depend on God."
