Project Name: Pastoral House Conclusion
Date Submitted: October 2016
Name of Solicitor: Pastor Daniel Orellana of Local Open Arms - Heart to Honduras Church
Location of Project: El Ocote, Zacapa, Santa Barbara
Project Justification: Why do you need the project?
We wish to have a decent house for our family. We started work on our own home about two years ago, but we have not been able to finish it due to financial limitations.
Supervisor’s Note: Up to this point, Pastor Daniel has been working on his home with family funds. As of October 2016, he has spent approximately $5000 USD on the project. He currently lives in his daughter’s house (who is working in the US right now) and hopes to move into his new home in 2017 with the help of a HTH collaborator.
General Objective: What do you hope to achieve with the project?
Our wish is that when our sister church or other visitors come, we can receive them in our own house. We hope that they can stay here as well share meals with us here.
