Location: Homes of the beneficiaries in San Isidro, Santa Elena, El Bambu, Peña Blanca, La Concepcion, El Eden, and Picachito.
Project Justification: Why do you need the project?
To improve the diet and nutrition of the staff and families of CPH

To improve our families’ nutrition and health.

Assure that all legal documents are in order.

The project will be executed under the supervision of the Department of Community Development.
Beneficiaries: Who and how many will continually benefit from this project?
15 families (Staff CPH)
Supervisor’s Note: An additional benefit of this project is that each of these projects will function as a demonstration of a sustainable project in each of the communities where our staff members live. Each of the 15 projects includes 12 laying hens and 1 rooster, training, waterers, feeders, the first sack of feed and basic medications, and the materials necessary for the construction of a coop.
The local mayor will provide concrete blocks for the base ($80).
The beneficiary families will provide sand, wood, and all labor ($1845).
The Honduran HTH office will pay for training workshops for all beneficiaries ($165).
The funds for purchase of the laying hens, chicken wire, first sacks of feed, roofing sheets, and additional materials are requested from an outside donor.
