Project SummaryA local group of pastors associated with Heart to Honduras has recognized the need for improved leadership within their congregations. In order coordinate these efforts , the pastors have decided to host a workshop oriented at providing their potential leaders with advance training and inspiration prior to initiating formational efforts within the individual churches. Local speakers and leadership experts will be contracted to provide an all day workshop in La Concepcion attended by the pastors and the potential leaders. The pastors would like to hold the event in April 2017. A total contribution valued at $720 will be provided by local collaborators. Total contribution sought from HTH collaborator: $615.

Project Justification: Why do you need the project?
In our churches, we have recognized the urgent need for leaders. We believe that an event (or workshop) could help us kick off the process of leadership formation.
General Objective: What do you hope to achieve with the project?
Establish a good, healthy leadership team in each of our churches.
Beneficiaries: Who and how many will continually benefit from this project?
Approximately 100 leaders from 16 local churches.
- The pastor’s association will provide a location, sound system, chairs, worship team, logistics team, and banner for the workshop ($410).
- The participants will provide for half of the payment for the food ($220).
- Heart to Honduras (Honduran office) will provide training materials for each participant ($90).
- Funds for the remainder of the food, a coffee break, and professional speakers are requested from an outside donor.
