Construction Leader & Driver

Naldo has been serving as a driver and construction leader for Heart to Honduras for more than ten years.  Though he claims to know no English, he has the ability to communicate with gestures and a few words, and his is the smiling face and the patient, teaching manner, that many North Americans remember from their work project.  He makes a pre-visit to the construction site to plan the project, takes measurements, purchases the supplies, delivers them to the site, and then guides the gringoes through the steps of constructing a Ministry House or church building.   He and his wife Bita live in San Isidro and have four sons, all of whom look exactly like Naldo and are affectionately called “Naldito” – Little Naldo.
