Construction Leader & Translator

This ministry has been blessed by the construction and translation skills of Luis since he returned to his native Honduras from several years in the States.  While in the U.S. he worked construction and gained a lot of expertise which he puts to good use as he leads North American teams in their work projects.  He not only learned to work with saws and mortar while he was Stateside, but he also learned English.  This ability allows him to communicate with team members on the work site and it also means he can translate testimonies and sermons in joint worship services.  He and his wife Estella are the parents of a son, Jeff and are also raising Estella’s nephew Javier.  They live in Santa Cruz and are very active in their church there.
