Board of Directors: The Board is comprised of 13 members, American & Honduran, who have an undying passion for Christ’s flock in Honduras. Their combined business talents lend themselves well to a balanced & respected governing body.

Heart to Honduras Staff is divided into 2 groups:

International Staff: 25-35 employees who work full time in Honduras. Most of these workers are from Central America (with a few “gringos” thrown in here and there!) Although many of our Honduran staff members work behind the scenes and many ministry teams never have the opportunity to meet them, every one of our teams benefit from their service. All indigenous workers are paid through donations made to the ministry.

Stateside Staff: Heart to Honduras currently employees 8 American staff members who live and work in the States. All staff members make frequent trips to Honduras, usually accompanying groups that in their area of expertise. Stateside staff are asked to raise their own personal support when they work for the ministry.
